At Elevate Tech, LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality tech consulting and support services tailored to your needs. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking or purchasing any services.



💼 Service-Based Work

Due to the nature of consulting and labor-based services, all sales are final once work has begun. This includes, but is not limited to:
    •    Technology consultations
    •    System installations or setups
    •    Custom solutions or troubleshooting
    •    On-site or remote support

We are committed to resolving any concerns that may arise during your project. If you’re not satisfied, please reach out right away so we can make it right.



📦 Software, Licenses, & Third-Party Tools

Refunds are not available for any third-party software, subscriptions, or licenses purchased on your behalf. These are governed by the policies of the original vendors or service providers.



💰 Prepaid Services or Retainers
    •    You may request a refund before services begin, minus any applicable administrative or processing fees.
    •    If work has already started, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, based on the portion of work completed.



📅 Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
    •    Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
    •    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service fee.
