Getting Started
A one-time setup fee covers your security device, professional installation, complete configuration, and a full walkthrough with John — paid once, separate from your monthly or quarterly plan.
Standard Install — Starting at $749
For homes with a standard modem and router, or a mesh WiFi system like Eero. Covers your security device, installation, and full configuration.
Network Upgrade Install — Starting at $999 plus hardware
For homes that need updated network equipment — a new router or mesh system — as part of the installation.
Elite Network Install — Starting at $1,799 custom quoted
For complex, rack-based, or VLAN-aware networks, including coordination with your integration partner where applicable.

Questions We Hear Often
Does this replace my internet or WiFi?
No. Your internet and WiFi work exactly as they always have. The security device sits quietly between your modem and router — invisible to you, working in the background.
What happens when something gets blocked?
Most of the time nothing visible happens — it’s stopped automatically before it ever reaches your devices. If something significant occurs, John reaches out directly.
Do I need an app or to manage anything myself?
No. Everything runs automatically after installation. That’s John’s job, not yours.
What can you see on my network?
John can see which devices are connected and what they’re communicating with — that’s what makes monitoring possible. He can’t see the contents of your messages, emails, or browsing activity. This information is used only to keep your network safe and is never shared or sold.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect right away. Downgrades require 30 days written notice by email or text — same as our Care Plans.
What if I want to cancel?
Thirty days written notice by text or email. Your device remains yours and continues working as a basic firewall.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Charleston and the surrounding areas including West Ashley, Mount Pleasant, Daniel Island, Summerville, Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island, John’s Island, James Island, and Folly Beach.
