Questions We Hear Often

 

When are you available?

John is available by phone or text 7 days a week and responds within the same business day to any message received before 4pm EST. Messages received after 4pm EST will be responded to next day. In-person service is available Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday. Many issues can be resolved remotely on the same day.

 

What if I use more hours than my plan includes?

Additional hours are billed at your plan’s rate of $125/hour — no surprises. John will always let you know before going over your allotment.

 

Can I change my plan after I start?

Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time. Downgrades or cancellations require a 30-day written notice before the next billing period. This includes email or text message. We’ll prorate any difference and apply it to your next billing period.

 

Do unused hours roll over?

Hours reset each quarter. Think of it as having your tech person on retainer — the value is in the availability and relationship, not just the hours themselves.

 

Does the Concierge plan cover my second home or vacation property?

Yes — the Concierge plan includes multi-property coverage for primary and secondary homes within our standard service area (greater Charleston, SC). For properties outside the area, we’re happy to help remotely or in person, but travel costs are the client’s responsibility and are arranged separately.

 

What areas do you serve?

We serve Charleston and the surrounding areas including West Ashley, Mount Pleasant, Daniel Island, Summerville, Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island, John’s Island, James Island, and Folly Beach.
